Phil oversees tax compliance and consulting for over 1,500 clients at the firm. He has over twenty-five years of public accounting experience, with extensive experience in complex tax issues in IRS and various state audits, business reorganizations, acquisitions and various international transactions with businesses involved in a wide variety of industries. When it comes to a complex tax matter or changes in the tax law, you can count on Phil to know it.
Phil provides his individual tax clients with clear, concise, and safe advice and provides the businesses he advises with an honest assessment of their operations and conservative tax strategies. When tax consulting, Phil and his team thrive on thorough and reliable research and exploring various tax alternatives and possibilities.
Phil is a graduate of Baruch College with both a B.A. and an M.B.A. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
Gina oversees the audit and assurance services and planning for privately held and family-owned businesses, as well as non-profit organizations. Gina moved into public accounting over fifteen years ago, after extensive senior level management. Having had private industry experience, Gina understands how critical it is to keep her clients abreast of accounting industry changes that can affect their businesses, as well as providing assistance and advice on how to implement the required changes.
At the start of an audit or assurance engagement, Gina sits with her team to plan and tailor each engagement to best meet the required standards and regulations to be most cost effective and least disruptive to her clients. She offers a diverse range of audit, accounting and consulting services to her clients - emphasizing growth, savings potential, managing assets, day-to-day business activities and wealth management.
A graduate of Adelphi University with a B.A. in Accounting and an M.B.A., she is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
